Very nice - a little overpriced but it’s a beautiful ambience and enjoyable experience overall. It was very cold inside but our waitress was kind enough to get a blanket for my mom.

The food and wait staff were well worth the trip. However, as a person of color, I did not appreciate being initially taken to the back of the restaurant to be seated, past multiple open tables. And yes we had a reservation for two.

I love the melting pot. I’ve been going to them since they first opened in Florida. The only downside is the servers know less about what they’re doing. They just mix it up, in the old days, You got education about fondue as they were making it. Over time, unfortunately, the prices go up in the portions go down.

We had another wonderful evening at The Melting Pot on Saturday. With Sabrina as our server, we had the perfect service. She got everything that we ordered right, was very efficient and friendly! I also have to say that we were very impressed with the portions of food - there was no skimping! And she was more than happy to bring us more of our favorites like bananas and strawberries for the dessert and pretzel bread, green apples and cauliflower for the cheese fondue. It was delicious! I do have a suggestion to the mgmt: I'm wondering if you've considered adding cherry tomatoes to the cheese fondue menu of sides and pineapple to the chocolate fondue as a side? Everyone knows how well cheese and tomatoes are paired and it seems like a really good fit. Anyway, thank you for maintaining a high consistency every time we go and for regular sized bites - not miniature ones that fall off of the fork! Bon appetit!
