Best Modern Southern American Restaurants in La Villita

A truly superb Mother’s Day brunch at Four Brother’s Southern Provisions at the Omni Mansion del Rio! Excellent service and a light-flooded table overlooking the Riverwalk, an eclectic and gluten-free friendly menu, followed up by a beautiful red rose for each mother present. We enjoyed some whipped yogurt drizzled in honey and fresh fruit to begin, followed by avocado toast on sour dough bread, brisket eggs Benedict, smoked salmon and egg croissants, and a cinnamon, Bourbon pastry bun that came with warm homemade caramel sauce to pour over it. A delightful Pavlova filled with almond cream and fresh fruit and espresso were enjoyed by all. Thank you for a luscious and memorable holiday meal!

Very good overall experience. The food was delicious and the service was very good also.

Customer service was great. One of the cooks came out the kitchen and told the server, she needs to hurry up with cashing us out because his “food comes first” very unprofessional. The server was amazing.
