Best Contemporary Mexican Restaurants in Quartier des Spectacles

It’s a cozy restaurant in a nice neighborhood. The food was 10/10 amazing. Our favorites were the Duck and Pork Taco. The service there was super nice. Always explaining the dishes to us and making sure our water was refilled or if we wanted any other drinks. They always change their menu every 2-3 months so that their menu is always changing constantly. We got the 9 course tasting menu and it was worth every single penny. Make sure to book in advance so that way you can ensure you have a table. Overall will come again with friends and family. Also one of the cons of fine dining is that typically it takes so long to receive the next dish. I think we received a new dish every 10-15 minutes and if they saw us finished with one they were already preparing the next one to be served.

Very good drinks especially the margaritas. For the food everything seemed freshly made, all ingredients were bright and fresh unfortunately every plate we ordered were a bit bland. Just a bit more salt, lime, cumin, etc.. is missing to be very good. We really liked the temporary cactus tacos. Service was friendly and efficient. The place is small, cozy and totally casual. A fun place to have a quick dinner before going out to a concert, festival, etc.. We shall return for sure and hopefully have room on the outside terrasse ;-)
