Bandido is a space focused on wood-fired cooking, quality bread and coffee, and one of the personal tastes of its chef, Fabián Acuña, music.This concept has a high-fidelity vinyl bar where the selection is sometimes curated by the chef himself and other times by guest selectors. These selectors are carefully selected by a booker dedicated to ensuring that the atmosphere is always right for all diners.Returning to the food, Bandido offers breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
