Aviles Restaurant is located inside the Hilton Bayfront in downtown Saint Augustine and is open for breakfast and dinner daily with an attached Coffee Shop that serves Starbucks branded Coffee items and a Banquet facility that accommodates up to 90 people with a Boardroom for meetings up to 10 people. The menu is composed of unique twists on traditional dishes found in Spain, France, the Mediterranean and Caribbean regions.
