Very nice. New choices on Lunch menu. Delicious food. Excellent service

I’ve been to this restaurant many times and like it there. However, this time the service was poor. Nothing happened unless I waved down the waiter. Essentially, I was always trying to get attention rather than being looked after. The location is Syosset has much better service.

We were seated promptly for our party of 6 reserved time of 7:00 PM. The waiter was very attentive and explained how each dish was prepared. Two of us ordered the pounded veal chop special, which we had prepared ala parmigiana, rather than the listed Valdostana. The veal was pounded to a very thin, and absolutely tender cut - it was superb. One in our party ordered the Lamb Chop special, which consisted of 3 baby lamb chops, served over potatoes and veggies. The lamb chops were tender and juicy. Deserts were fresh, with generous sized prions. We will definitely return to Molto Bene.

Family birthday and Mike greeted us as regulars even tho we are not in as often as we would like. Whole family ate well and took food home. Started with drinks and wine and Alex (Alejandro) was friendly and efficient. Apps: Baked clams & hot antipasto. Mains: Meatball Mafalda (a go-to), Seafood Fra Diavolo (one spicy, one mild; both perfect), Barolo braised ribs over parppadelle (SO good, tasted and was as good as my seafood dish), and a pasta rigatoni portobello (also excellent). Well-paced and fantastic mains. Finished with a chocolate mousse and tiramisu. Each time we eat at Gusto Divino we enjoy ourselves and eat like gourmands. BRAVO!
