The name of the restaurant is inspired by the Legend of Janare of Benevento. Strega means ‘witch’ in Italian and Benevento is considered the “city of witches”. At Strega, our mission is to transport our guests to the Italy we cherish. Drawing inspiration from traditions across the Italian peninsula, we are dedicated to crafting an authentic Italian experience.     We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. The caprese salad was delicious and perfect (and cut up differently, not traditional slices- made it easier to share. ) -highly recommend! My friend ordered the salad with blue cheese/ onions/ steak on it and loved it. I ordered the Olives salad and added crispy chicken to it. It was nice! Our server Daniela was so friendly and helpful!

    Went here with my girlfriend for a date night and it was perfect. The staff were conversational and very kind. Everything was well kept and clean. The food was perfectly portioned and left us wanting more. The drinks tasted great. Pricing was good and what you would expect from a restaurant with this kind of vibe. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing night!
