Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Wyoming

Always a great meal and setting! We sat outside on a beautiful evening.

Food was excellent, very tasty. Restaurant is noisy, tables very close to each other. Sitting outside might be better option.

What an unexpected surprise, we had to laugh at the name of the restaurant and then of course check it out. It has a simple elegance that is relaxing and graceful, what a lovely addition to the neighborhood and the city. We were greeted by the owner who shared his journey. I started with a glass of complementary glass of Prosecco which was a nice touch. Then shared a berry cocktail, the cocktail’s have fitting bridal names. We also tried the bread service which uses 16 bricks grilled bread and a Cesar salad, the pasta carbonara which had a creamy sauce and bright fresh peas, and the short rib ravioli. The pasta was all homemade only the ravioli pasta was a bit too thick and chewy, the flavor was good, just a bit thinner pasta would help. We finished off the dinner with their version of a tiramisu which was a delicious ending. All of the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, well worth checking out.

Kelly, our Server, was AMAZING! She made our first experience at Via Vite a great one! We appreciated her recommendations and ability to speak with chefs for diet appropriate recommendations. Thank you Kelly and chefs!!
