wonder if there is a new cook, the veg korma was very different than last time, (less delicious). The staff is excellent and they brought a candle in a brownie dessert for our birthday celebration lunch at their restaurant, which was a very thoughtful and kind gesture. thank you so much for making our experience so welcoming. We look forward to coming again for lunch mid week for the thali meal with all the goodies around the plate with the entree in the center! yum!!

We’ve been to Rasa several times. Overall, we always enjoyed the dishes and found the drinks interesting. The ambiance and noisy level downstairs are fine, but the acoustics upstairs is very bad and not conducive to conversations, especially among people with some hearing impairment.

We went there for Jamai Soshthi special buffet. Each & every item on the menu was delicious and had authentic Kolkata cuisine flavor. They did struggle a bit with the crowd, but it was a special occasion so understandable. Hopefully next year they will prepare accordingly. Anyway the food and service was really good and we will come back to try more options from the ala carte menu.
