Services was really great, everyone we interacted with seemed to really care about making sure we had a great experience. We ordered two small plates to start and then 2 mains and 2 sides to start. The samosas and aloo chaat were fabulous and we had the Indo-Madagascan curry and Shepherd's pie as mains with a side of dahl and peshwari naan. Best meal I've had in a while! Loved it all and can't wait to try the rest of the menu!More infoCinnamon Bazaar - Covent GardenPrice: Moderate• Contemporary Indian• Covent Garden•4.5

The decor is thoughtfully curated, inviting a sense of introspection, perfectly aligning with the restaurant's name. Our culinary journey began with the Artichoke Tikki – a revelation! As first-timers, we were utterly blown away by the incredible flavors and textures. For the main course, the vegetarian thali was a truly sumptuous affair. Each element, from the perfectly cooked Soya Chop and creamy Saag Paneer to the comforting Tadka Dal and rich Matar Paneer Makhani, was a delight. Accompanied by fragrant steamed rice, refreshing raita, and beautifully made tawa paratha, it was a feast for the senses. The subtly sweet Coconut Payasam provided a lovely end to the thali. To top it off, they surprised me with a delightful complimentary Chocolate Mousse for my birthday – such a thoughtful touch! Manthan is a must-try experience, and incredibly convenient, being just under a 10-minute walk from Oxford Circus. Highly recommended!More infoManthanPrice: Expensive• Indian• Mayfair•4.7
- IIsabellaBrighton •2 reviews4.0Dined on May 3, 2025We had previously been here before and really enjoyed it. This time we came back and took my mum for a special meal. We booked through open table and I mentioned it was a special occasion on the booking but when we arrived there was no specific table booked for us and it was just kind of sit where ever but the problem was there wasn’t much space so there was confusion and it was slightly stressful finding a suitable table. Food was good - atmosphere nice. Service all I’d say is bring the drinks with the food, as we had to chase up but overall I’d say food was great if not a bit expensive but that’s what we expected. Waiters were polite. Advice would be to try elevate the stress for your customers where possibleMore infoBKC - Biryani Kebab Chai - SohoPrice: Moderate• Indian• Soho•4.5
