A Culinary Experience to Remember From the moment we walked in, this team of restaurant „Zur Weinsteige“ delivered a flawless dining experience. The 6-course tasting menu was nothing short of extraordinary—each dish showcased masterful technique and Asian-inspired creativity, blending bold flavors with delicate finesse. The wine pairings were thoughtfully curated and elevated every bite, creating perfect harmony throughout the meal. Service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and every staff member seemed genuinely passionate about the food and guest experience. This place isn’t just a dinner spot—it’s a destination for anyone who appreciates fine dining done right. Highly recommended!

Schrieder's is in the Hilton Heidelberg hotel, so it's convenient for those with a room. However, as hotel restaurants go, it was very nice with a charming atmosphere, comfortable furniture and good food. The service was most likely the best part of my rating. Our server was genuinely kind and experienced. Food was delicious, although there were not too many options on the menu, and it was also not available online. It was rather pricey but I am not too familiar with the area. Overall, a good option for anyone visiting Heidelberg
