We have been inspired by the rich history of the place - the Französischer Dom (French Cathedral). This is what the modern, French-inspired cuisine and of course the name Hugo & Notte stand for. Named after the French religious refugees, the Huguenots, who built a church here around 1700 and in whose basement the restaurant is located.
