Best Contemporary French American Restaurants in Hermosa

This was our second visit in less than two weeks. We stayed away from steaks this time having the fun caviar bump and a shrimp cocktail followed by two orders of the Lobster Tourte. That was delicious easy to describe as a rich lobster pot pie - Daniel our Captain was excellent - timing of dishes was perfect and relaxed, and my guest enjoyed the extra blue cheese olive and the suggested Riesling wine I know we are in the US and appreciate so many details to keep perfecting but with a restaurant that leans heavily into its French influence -we both thought it could have celebrated Bastille Day (one of the reasons we chose to return) maybe next year 🙂 (I just returned from 5.5 years in France) A second visit, confirmed our first impressions - great new venue

Best restaurant I’ve visited so far in Chicago. It was for a special occasion and they went above and beyond to make it special. I will definitely be returning again!

One of our group of three was delayed in joining the other two of us, so we ordered the cheese board and drinks, and later ordered all of our dinners. We were there to attend the CSO and all of us loved our entrees, as well as the strawberry gelato. Drinks, appetizers, mains and gelato were all wonderful--thanks for a wonderful first dining experience at Bandol!
