Best Contemporary Asian Restaurants in Venice

As soon as you walk in Ryla sets the tone for a romantic dining experience with elegant interior design and dim lighting. Our server Jessica was extremely knowledgeable and attentive with fantastic food recommendations. We started with the Hokkaido Milk Bread and Spicy Miso Brussel Sprouts (as a person that loves spicy food, believe me when I say the brussel sprouts actually have a kick!). Both appetizers were delicious and were brought to the table staggered to ensure we had time to enjoy each individually. After that we had the Duck Breast with a side of the Truffle Fried Rice. The Duck Breast is accompanied by some baked fruit, diced kale and a house sauce that come together beautifully to make each bite the perfect bite. After that we were brought the NY Strip which was equally fantastic in it's own right. We washed all of this down with a bottle of Mascot from Napa Valley per Jessica's recommendation (thank you Jessica!). Overall 10/10 experience and will definitely be back soon.

I could eat here every night. There are so many great food options and they are all executed just perfectly. Last night it was the spciy tuna on crispy rice which is the best version of this in town. The lobster tacos are uniquely Koi and taste just sublime. I could eat these all night. Then it was the albacore very thinkly sliced with crunchy onions and again, just fantastic. And the creamy shrimp tempura, which we order with a bowl of sushi rice, and again, there are other places in town that do something like this, but Koi is by far the best. Last night, our last item was the miso marinated black cod, which we haven't had in several visits and it was just as great as always. From start to finish everything tasted great. The service was impeccable and friendly. The place was full with a great vibe. Just a perfect night and at a great restauarant that delivers every time.

Definitely a spot you want to stop by! Great view for bomb pictures and outstanding service with great food! Rebel was a fantastic server and definitely completed our experience!

Great atmosphere and good food. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Will go back
