Every single one of us had an incredible experience and the food far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back next time we visit!More infoOndoriPrice: Moderate• Contemporary Asian• The Orleans Hotel & Casino•4.7

We saw a U-Tube report on the Owner-Chef and the restaurant itself. We had to try it. We sampled 3 appetizers: Imperial Rolls, Steak Tartare and the Hamachi. All freshly made and tasty. Definitely Asian Fusion with contemporary American. The unique plates are difficult to describe for this traditional diner! Our two Entrees; a Duck Confit Special and the Slow Braised Short Ribs. Both excellent. For a wonderful meal and a very different food style the Black Sheep is perfect.More infoThe Black SheepPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Asian• Spring Valley•4.5
- SSonjaLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoIt was our first time eating here. Our daughter lives in Las Vegas and recommended the restaurant. The hostess was delightful. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and plenty. It's a little pricey, but it is to be expected. All restaurants in hotels at the strip are expensive. Compared to other restaurants Beijing Noodle # 9 was on the more affordable side. People complained about the noise in reviews. We did not have an issue with noise, although most tables were occupied. On our next visit in the fall we will return.More infoBeijing Noodle No. 9 - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Expensive• Asian• Caesars Palace•4.2
- BBrandonLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food was amazing! The whole experience was very good, only hiccup was there was there was only one bartender for a packed house so drinks came out a little slow, but other than that food came out fast, and was very good. Upscale dining experience for sure and the food reflected that. The New York steak was to die for, perfect sear on both sides, perfect medium rare and seasoned amazingly. the king crab truffle fried rice might have been the best thing on the menu, had bits of truffle in the rice so no truffle oil used. Great experience and you should go sometime.More infoFUHU - Resorts World Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Asian• The Strip•4.4

He knows hospitality in the truest sense and as locals we truly appreciate his professionalism as it has become harder to find these days.
