Hash House A Go Go is located in The Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas. This uniquely named restaurant has an equally quirky atmosphere and menu. There are two dining areas for guests to enjoy, as well as a full-service bar area. Décor around the restaurant is consistently modern with blocks of color mixed in with the neutrals around the room and natural wood floors. Hash House A Go Go is a large restaurant with plenty of room for bigger parties of guests.The bar area at the restaurant features an enormous selection of classic and original mixed drinks, a wide range of beers and international wines. Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.
