Great food and atmosphere…food was great but service was a bit slow

Absolutely fantastic. Can't wait to go back. Cocktails 2 ounces, for one, which is nice in a world of rapidly shrinking drinks. They run high but that's why. Another thing I love is that entrees, referred to as "plates" come in small and large. This lets you try more things. Seafood risotta was the best I've had. I'm not a huge risotto person but this was larger rice very al dente. Just delicious. We tried the wagyu sushi ($14 a piece) which was delicious but I wouldn't order it again. Big seaweed salad was perfect. My friend had the skirt steak (huge and medium rare), with truffle fries and a salad. Our server was a sweetheart and suggested a perfect Pinot Grigio to go along with my meal. Lots of parking, too, and just off 95 (Arch Street exit). We split a beautiful, unusual chocolate mousse (came in the form of a slice of cake with a whipped cream layer). The decor is charming and the bar is long, so it's a great place to eat alone. So happy I found it. I live in Norwalk, close to New Canaan, and go to Greenwich almost never. My friend had a meeting at the US Bank next door (private banking, not a consumer bank). We chose this because it shares a parking lot with Canoe. I had a hard time deciding what to eat because everything looked so creative and wonderful. Home run. The restaurant is much smaler than I expected it to be but we made reservations for 6:15, so had no trouble. I imagine later reservations are tough to secure, particularly on weekends, though in clement weather they open the patio, so there's more seating.

The staff was definitely the highlight. The food was NYC quality and so were the prices... Overall a good date place and a nice ambiance to have a drink on the terrace. not five stars but close and would recommend.

Great day for a rooftop brunch! The food was delish, the service was good and the atmosphere was terrific. It was our first time having brunch there, definitely will be back and I highly recommend giving it a try.
