Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Alamo

The food, service, etc. was great. I had the risotto and it was DELICIOUS! I had risotto a week earlier at a new Italian restaurant and it was bland and tasteless. Incontro's was the opposite -- very tasty. All our food companions raved about their dinners. And, we indulged with sharing two desserts -- so GREAT! Highly recommend Incontro. We definitely will become more regular customers.

We had the best time here. For apps we ordered the brown butter brussel sprouts, guacamole and chips and no cheese Mac and cheese. The guacamole was the best I've ever had. For dinner we had the burger, blackened catfish and soft shelled poboy sandwich. Everything was delicious but I have to give props to our server. He was simply the best.

A great option for brunch. The setting is great; the food very good; and the service excellent.

The group of us had a great lunch at Bourbon Highway. We enjoyed the food and service. The sandwiches and salads were tasty. They really give you healthy portions for the price. Great deal for sure. All the sides were really good. Try the onion rings and sweet potato fries. The spicy chicken sandwich was probably our favorite. Glad this place started serving lunch. Doesn’t appear many people have figured that out yet.
