Palette provides a colorful dining experience with an American inspired menu and seasonally rotating cocktail selections with an emphasis on seasonal colors and flavors. With a patio on East Washington directly across from Breese Field we provide a lively pregame destination. Located in the former Mautz Paint Company warehouse sharing the space with Hotel Indigo. We kept our buildings architectural features intact while updating the space with contemporary design elements and nostalgic touches. We wanted to keep the space faithful to its roots; filled with hues of colors and textures reminiscing of times when the East Washington corridor was a booming industrial area in the city.

Tailwinds is a bright, warm and welcoming restaurant on Madison's east side, located inside the Doubletree by Hilton. Our space is a perfect stop for any occasion- to catch up with friends and family, watch the big game, or enjoy a special night out. Whether you're seated at the bar, a table next to our large sunlit windows, or curled up on a couch by our fireplace, you'll receive the same great service, hearty food, and handcrafted cocktails. Our signature cheese curds are are a crowd favorite, beer-battered & served with a zesty horseradish sauce. Stop in during Happy Hour to try them- everyday from 4 to 6pm we offer half off all our shareable dishes, as well as $2 off draft beer, wines by the glass, and well mixers. Dress is as casual or as formal as you would like. Come as you are, we can't wait to meet you!
