Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar.     An Amazing Dining Experience My wife and I had a fantastic evening at Nikkita Restaurant in Manly. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The ambience was just right: cozy, elegant, and perfect for a special night out to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Every dish we tried was a standout, both in flavour and presentation. The starters, beef tartar and ceviche rojo, and the mains, Angus Steak and Lobster, were perfectly prepared and cooked. The drink Fire Ginger was warm and refreshing at the same time. The service was impeccable, attentive without pushy, and sincere about what they did. It's rare to find a place that nails the food, the vibe, and the hospitality all at once, but Nikkita truly delivered. We left feeling full and happy and are already planning our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
