The depth of flavor in every dish is incredible. They have a special way of bringing even the simplest of dishes to life and add fun spins on them. I am a fan of every day food elevated and they nail it. They’re consistently good and bring out and honor each flavor of the food so well. The carrot dip, chicken soup, brie pear baguette and salads are always a hit and the flavor and texture is always right with their meat. I’m not much of a drinker but sometimes I like a nice wine and their selection is top notch. Their far nient Chardonnay was great

This was my third time at Bonito Bistro, Chef Patrick is an excellent, in my opinion he should be considered to be a Michelin chef. the food is so wonderfully prepared, you can taste all the flavors in the meal. great, great! his staff, Abby what a wonderful waitress, very personable and pays attention to details, and Ryan the bartender so attentive to your requests. i cannot say enough good things, you MUST go to experience it, although a limited menu, it will please you, guaranteed! My first time there it was just my husband and I, I brought a party of 5 the second time and a another party of 5 the third time, all different people and they all love it. i will be back for sure.

We happily arrived for Happy Hour and opted for a high tip at the bar. Excellent choices, server gave great recommendations. We were so pleased!
