Tucked discreetly behind Young Joni is the back bar, serving full and no-proof craft cocktails and pizzas in a warm, analog setting. There are ninety-nine different ways to write “sushi” in the Japanese script of kanji. Each with its own unique interpretation and meaning. It was with great deliberation that our founder, Billy, chose 寿司 to best represent his personal interpretation of the word - Celebration of Fish!That’s exactly how Billy feels about the art of making sushi and the atmosphere that surrounds it - it should be a celebration! On Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's from 8pm to Close we are first-come, first-served and do not accept reservations during this time.Worshipped as the Aztec gods of fertility and long life, venerated for their powers of sustenance, corn masa and agave have been central to Mexican culture and cuisine since ancient times. Using authentic techniques, we prepare corn masa-based starters and Mexico City-style tacos that are bursting with regional flavors, along with dinner classics like Pork Carnitas and Negro Monelo-Braised Beef Short Ribs. Our collection of 200 agave spirits pays homage to the jimadores and mezcaleros who have labored over their craft for generations.     We had the mussels and two astounding pizzas. The chew of the crust, the flavors, everything blended for a delicious experience. Recommendation: Hang on to the bowl of mussel broth and dip your pizza crust in it.

    If you are looking to make a date night out a little extra special, this spot is the perfect choice! Throw back music with a charmingly intimate setting will bring a smile to your face for sure. The service was friendly and knowledgeable and the food was delicious. Don't forget the drinks! Fun names and an even better taste! They also have NA options which is a breath of fresh air. You still get to feel swanky and special like everyone else without breaking your sobriety to do so, Highly recommend!

    Cozy and uniquely gorgeous little speakeasy. Lively, but not overcrowded at all, even on Valentine’s Day. Great spot for conversation, though it’s possible you’ll be seated close to others with some unconventional seating (not bad however). Pizza and cocktails are incredible. Music plays on film reels. The drink menu changes occasionally and always fun and totally unique.
