Best Cocktail Bars in Vernon Hills

We like this restaurant. We've dined here before and we love the atmosphere and the menu is eclectic. Every dish we have had is delicious and prepared perfectly. It was quiet because we dined at 4:30 pm before the crowd arrives. Service was impeccable. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was a memorable dining experience. This restaurant is a local gem. Highly recommended.

This is truly a gem of a place. Having enjoyed dining at The Henry in Scottsdale, we had high expectations. Our evening started with a birthday greeting. The drinks were exquisite. I had a smoked pineapple margarita which was delicious. A friend ordered the watermelon daiquirita which offered a sweet yet subtle taste. We started our meal with the Umami Brussels sprouts. It had a taste of both sweet and creaminess. They were crispy and delicious. Our main entrees included three different fish dishes, the salmon, the sea bass and the crab cakes. All three were outstanding, prepared to perfection. However, the topping to the meal was the croissant bread pudding with a fruit compote. This was by far the best dessert I've had in a long time. It was moist and flavorful, with a light sweetness. Make sure to order this. It's well worth every calorie! YUM

We were taken very good care of! Brought my co-workers out (we office in Crystal Lake) and they were all very impressed. We sat in the patio on the first cool day after our crazy heat wave and the vibes were amazing. Our waiter was so good, attentive and just the right mix between professional and engaging. And the food…..wow. I think it keeps getting better and better. I’m often here with my pup but loved treating my co-workers so such a good experience. I know they all hope to visit again!

From start to finish this dinning experience was perfection. The server Lupe was attentive and well versed on the menu and ingredients. We tried several plates and from the tiger shrimp spring roll, beet salad, chicken and beef ravioli to the absolutely scrumptious shaken beef and garlic noodles finishing off with the tapioca and mango made in heaven desert and vietnamese coffee made at your table this meal was one of the best I ever had and will go back to.

Had a nice variety of menu items to select from. Overall, food was good. nice to have the charcuterie option which everyone enjoyed. Cocktails were fine not exceptional. Ambiance and decor is great.
