- MMichaelVIPBaltimore / Maryland •34 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoWe love the cocktails at Dutch Courage! They are creative and varied and the selection of gins runs to several pages. The space is great, both inside and out. And the staff are welcoming and the service is excellent. The food is fine but not the highlight. The cheese boards, for example, are a bit too expensive (you can get better cheeses for less money at fine dining restaurants elsewhere). On my last visit I had the porchetta which was beautifully flavored and well cooked—crispy skin!—but was ultimately too fatty, and the choice to plate a hot protein over stone cold couscous was odd. But we do love Dutch Courage for its vibe and its amazing mixologists.More infoDutch CouragePrice: Expensive• Bar / Lounge / Bottle Service• Charles Village•4.8

- RRashidWashington, D.C. Area •31 reviews4.0Dined on Jun 14, 2025On the plus side, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. I was surprised that the chef came to visit our table twice to deliver the food and later to inquire about how we were enjoying it. Negatives: there was no air conditioning, so the temperature of the space was uncomfortable. And we were fortunate to be in the direct line of the fan. Also, it is a small space on both levels. Lastly, too many dishes contained pork. I realize andouille sausage is a key ingredient in Cajun cooking. But it would great if they offered gumbo and/or jambalaya options without pork.More infoEthel's Creole KitchenPrice: Moderate• Creole / Cajun / Southern• Northwest Baltimore•4.8
