It is the latest concept from Big Hug Hospitality a Toronto based restaurant company. It was a little hard to find and to see the sign for the restaurant, but luckily the hostess saw me from the inside and came out to greet me. The hostess staff was friendly and patient. My girlfriend was running behind and they were understanding. When we were guided to our seat, the ambience was accented with soft red lighting that gave a very warm and welcoming energy. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. We ordered the lychee martini my favorite cocktail. For food we started with shrimp toast then to belted noodles, and hidden chicken. The presentation of the longevity noodles was great. The staff brings it to the table and does a noodle pull then cuts it for us. The hidden chicken was my favorite and love that you dig thru the dry red peppers to find the delicious chicken pieces. We ended the night with the soft cake with custard filling, delicious. The whole experience and food elevated our dining experience.More infoMIMI Chinese MiamiPrice: Expensive• Chinese• South Beach•4.5
