Our founder envisioned a place where Chinese cuisine is celebrated for its elegance, not just the familiar heavy, oily dishes. We pride ourselves on using premium ingredients, such as filet mignon for our Beef & Broccoli and tiger prawns in our Shrimp Satay. Our culinary journey began with a small eatery near Rockefeller Center, where our seasoned chefs, recruited from China, honed their skills in adapting authentic Chinese flavors to suit the local palate. We've since added a young chef to our team, bringing new flair and modern presentation to our dishes.
