We understand it’s a busy time of the year for Mother’s day celebration and restaurant is packed. We did reserved way ahead as we live across the street and love Moxies but it took us to ask someone that we weren’t served yet for almost 20 minutes upon sitting. They apologized in fairness and gave us a very nice server right away. Manager came to apologize as well and gave us our drinks complimentary just to make up. We are not asking for freebies but in a way it’s a very nice and fair enough gesture. We always celebrate special occasions with this location as we live in the area so rest assured that we will give another try. Overall, we were able to celebrate Mom’s day full and satisfied. Thank you

Service was excellent. The food was great. Loved the Saturday steak special.

I was celebrating Mother's Day with my wife, and we used one of the options from Tourism Challenge in Richmond, this one sounded interesting. I don't have any complaints about the server, she was awesome. The food was not so pricey, but the portions were smaller than expected, we ordered Beef and Chicken teriyaki. Tasted so good and we wanted an option with good amount of veggies, I was happy to see the added different kind of them. My daughter ordered chicken wings, this was a good portion. Overall, the experience was good, the lounge is small and looks so outdated, but at the end the bill was so reasonable.

The reviews that say the food is bad, are very misleading. Ordered the wings, calamari, & truffle fries. They were all delicious ! Calamari was especially fresh. Note: this restaurant is in a hotel
