Next Door is the sister restaurant of Margaret, which, quite literally, sits next door to it at the corner of Bay St and Guilfoyle Avenue.     Surly's was a great experience.. service was great.. food was delicious... can't fault anything. Had a great experience with friends. Would definitely come back.. the bottomless bbq was what we had and was definitely worth the money!

    We had a chicken bites starter, burgers, cocktails, beers & a cookie (2 people) on a busy Saturday night. Grateful we made a reservation and our table was ready on time as the place was packed. Everything was great and delicious but portion sizes seemed small for double burgers. A few small service issues - no napkins, the burger trays came out without liners on them, no salt on our fries. And it’s a bit impersonal as everything is via QR code and food came out much faster than drinks. Good for a very casual dinner pre-show.

    Service was attentive without being intrusive and, bar staff, went over and above to keep us happy. Food was great. Relaxed vibe without being overly noisy. Solid choice for food and a drink if you're in the area.
