The great food was matched only by the service of the staff - I query whether the older men were owners, because that was the kind of feel. The attentiveness was akin to white linen fine-dining but without the stiffness. Great venue for a boys night out, though my wife and daughter would likely want to muscle in on the action. A special little cake was brought out that you supplied, was a lovely surprise and thanks for your thoughtfulness and kindness once again. Dad loved it. The whole restaurant singing happy birthday was wonderful too-and it was a packed restaurant. His 3 young great grandchildren enjoyed playing in the playground and feeding the ducks.
