Brilliant restaurant, will definitely be back. Staff were really attentive, the venue was busy too and added to the atmosphere. Great food choices, I had the Mac Daddy with the poutine and was fantastic! The churros were the star of the show for me. Cinnamon churros with salted caramel dip. Great finish to a lovely meal.

Had a wonderful pint and meal at the Tolbooth, highly recommend the Cullen Skink, could have had a serving bowl full! Staff were wonderful and extremey friendly. Highly recommended :)

The food was awesome! We had the irn-bru battered fish and chips and mozzarella sticks and they were soooo good!!! The service was excellent, the vibe of the neighbourhood was explicit! Absolutely loved our experience! Thank you and we will be returning!

The restaurant is handy for work and we popped in for an after work catch up/dinner. Not our first visit and service was once again excellent. Menu is varied and catered for everyone in the group. Food is very good and good value for money. As a bonus they were running a discount for the fringe festival so exceptionally good value for money this time. Worth a visit if you find yourself in that part of the city
