Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall.     Mum and I visited yesterday for a birthday treat. We went for the three courses and had various drinks. The atmosphere was great as always, the food was delicious and staff were friendly, welcomimg and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The weather was gorgeous. Glad we sat outside, it was a relaxed and overall worth it, great value for money.. All areas were clean and tidy and we will definately be returning. Thank you Alberts Standish. X

    We had a fantastic experience celebrating my mums 80th birthday. The food and service was excellent. It was good value for money. I ordered a cake and that made a great addition to tge celebration. Would reccomend it to others. Thank you Alberts!

    6 year anniversary meal with my partner and they made it special for us, glass of champagne & a card on arrival and then ‘happy anniversary’ wrote on our desert plate in chocolate. Beautiful place cheery blossom trees inside and staff was great, would definetly recommend.
