The scones came with fresh strawberries as well which was a lovely touch. Service was excellent and we were offered more scones , cream and jam and had a refill on the tea. They also bought an extra chocolate desert for our god daughters 21 st with a candle which really finished off the experience. Would thoroughly recommend and I also thought good value. We then went into the bar for pre-dinner drinks. The young bar man was brilliant, and according to my daughter makes the best ever Espresso Martini (and she's tried a fair few!). The restaurant is lovely, very peaceful environment, and great to see crisp white table linen. The table had been given an extra sparkle for the birthday celebrations, which was a lovely surprise. The staff, Michelle and Dylan, were amazing, and extremely patient with our large group. The food was excellent. Steak night is great value and highly recommended. We will be back.
