Once again we had a fantastic meal with excellent service. The best place to eat in Exeter. Friendly and professional staff. The food was outstanding.

Excellent as usual, promptly seen, drinks order taken, followed by food order. Food arrived shortly after our drinks, all excellent as usual! Thank you folks!

It had been a while since we had been to The Millbrook. However, it was probably better than ever. The new owner/host seemed genuinely pleased to serve us and was authentically polite. The food was outstanding. We chose the steak to share, it had that lovely charred taste, yet exceptionally tender. However we wished we hadn't had the charcuterie starter , which was amazing, as we couldnt finish it all!! I just wished I liked fish, as the table next to us had fish that was filleted at the table, that looked amazing too. We heard that it came from Looe that morning. We will definitely be back and hope it won't be so long next time!

We had a warm welcome onto the sunny terrace. The hotel has good music and a really cool vibe. The staff are attentive and professional. We both had the rhubarb mocktail which was a generous size and delicious. We both had chicken Caesar salad which was just about perfect. Crunchy lettuce medium boiled full of flavour eggs, the chicken was tender and lots of it. The service was faultless.

A delicious breakfast. Great service and a really lovely setting for a reasonably priced meal.
