We stayed at Duncombe Arms overnight to celebrate my husbands birthday and ate at the restaurant. The dining area is lovely, the service was great. Staff were very knowledgeable about the food/wine and extremely friendly. Lots of choice on the menu including fish and vegetarian options. Presentation of the food was excellent as were the flavours. Was perfect…can highly recommend.

Although it was very busy with Christmas parties, we were served quickly with lovely food, by lovely staff. However, they did get our order wrong, but quickly rectified it. We throughly enjoyed our visit, until it was time to use the loo! They are in an awful state and needs a complete makeover!
