It was truly my first time visiting for dinner in twenty years. I was absolutely delighted to have supper in such a marvellous atmosphere, which reminded me of what a proper British pub ought to be. One minor issue, however, was that because we were seated in the dining room at the back, the waiting staff tended to leave rather long gaps between visits to our table. Consequently, we were unable to order additional drinks in a timely manner. On the other hand, the staff were all incredibly friendly, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time.

It’s my new favourite to go to restaurant All my friends love it as much as I do ! Food absolutely delicious ( they have this amazing chef Marcus Waring would give him 10 for his sticky toffee pudding !) You can choose from the very reasonable set menu or go à la carte . The staff are delightful the ambiance is great - can’t fault it in any way

Amazing for those that need special diets such as gluten and dairy free and it was absolutely delicious! Lovely atmosphere to sit outside, fantastic service and wonderful food, what more could we ask for!
