We went to Mercetta for mother’s day celebration.The ambiance was great and the staff was very trained and hospitable.My son is anaphylactic to eggs and nuts.They listen to our dietary needs very carefully and assured us to cater for him .The food also arrived in time despite of the cafe being very busy at that time.The food was very fresh and tasty!I will go with my whole family again…My son was so happy too because he was able to eat stress-free after all his allergies!Good job Mercetta team!Keep up the good work! Our whole table commented on how good the coffee was and the meal. Wow!

Great, food, service, atmosphere but noisy inside

Always serves up great food with prompt and polite service. However it is disappointing that a cafe of this calibre neglects tea drinkers. An order of tea arrives as a pot with a tea bag inserted. So the customer is paying for a pot meant to provide two cups worth, instead of a cup resulting with the tea at half strength. What's wrong with using tea leaves? On my next visit i ordered a soy chai instead. This was also undrinkable .

Very nice High Tea for special occasion. Quite pricey so would only go there for special occasion. Staff were friendly and chatty, but not very attentive. Had to ask for drinks menu twice (first person obviously forgot.) Had to walk to other side of restaurant to order second drink as no staff were in the vicinity for some time.
