Had the most fantastic experience for Mother’s Day on the weekend at the lounge on level 32. The staff were outstanding. So friendly and professional. The ambience with the harpist was beautiful and the food was delicious, especially the caviar blinis! The whole day was very special and we can’t wait to come back.

We ate in the Cafe. The concierge was well organised and even though it was particularly busy, we were seated in a timely and calm manner. The service was prompt enough for a busy hour and the meals came out really quickly. They were hot and delicious and The Grounds Rose was lovely. The Snow White display was colourful and magical.
