Guy Fieri doesn’t whisper flavors—he shouts them, and our meal was pure rock ‘n’ roll indulgence. The Motley Que was smoky, tender, and unapologetically saucy, layered with just the right kick of heat and crunch. The Mac n Cheese Burger? A decadent beast, where creamy cheddar elbows met juicy beef in a mash-up that worked better than it had any right to. And the Bloody Marys—bold, peppery, and practically a meal in a glass—came loaded like they were trying to one-up brunch entirely. If you’re into big flavors, zero subtlety, and a whole lot of fun, this place delivers like a tour bus with the brakes cut.

Canyon Ranch Café is the perfect escape from the Vegas buzz — clean, calm, and welcoming. The food is fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and the staff is warm and attentive. A great spot to recharge and feel good inside and out!
