Only thing we all found was the dressing on the green salad was not the tastiest--perhaps a sesame oil base? Something more basic like olive oil would be a better accompaniment when having salad with eggs in particular. Otherwise, poached eggs were perfectly cooked and omelette and scramble were delicious!
