Best Brazilian Steakhouses in North Miami Beach

It has been some time since I dined at Chima. Prior experiences were top notch, but I can't say the same for this past one. The overall quality of the food was average at best. The hostesses, managers, and our server Jose were all very pleasant and Jose was very attentive. The carvers were so-so, kind of nonchalant and not very engaging (one or two were but most were there doing their job and nothing more). The salad bar was of better than average quality, but the meats were a different story. I go to a rodizio style restaurant specifically for the meats and this experience was disappointing. Several items did not come around to our table or our area of the dining room (I did see them in other areas though). Additionally, the meats (Except the beef ribs, which were excellent) were not of a high quality. I hope this is not a change (for the worse) by Chima.

It was a great experience as usual. Giovanni was attentive and elevated our experience.

The service. The friendly staff. The FOOD! Everything was so incredible. We had the Basic 3lb platter and every cut of meat was cooked to perfection and tasted as if it was drenched in heaven. We ate at Ole Ole on our last night in Miami and I wish we would have eaten there every single day during our trip. Definitely a go-to spot!

Food, service, ambiance, everything... amazing! Will definitely be going again!

The meats are superb, the salads aT buffet get a little tired at end of day. We were there after 9 pm. Overall a very pleasant and satisfactory experience. I will be eating there again for sure.this was a Kol Hamoed dinner…..
