First time here since new owners have taken over. Food was excellent plenty to choose from. Price was good as well.

We ate of the set lunch menu and we were not disappointed. Excellent food at a very reasonable price. The staff are friendly and attentive. Always a warm welcome in Cote

We visited for our anniversary which we were congratulated on on arrival which was nice. Lovely, comfortable restaurant in a great location. Was quite quiet when we were there. Cocktails were great and arrived quickly. Order taken promptly. Starters (1 crispy squid and 1 ham hough terrine) both excellent. If marking down at all, we would have ordered a bottle of wine if someone had asked us earlier but after a wait, we ended up ordering just a glass each because we didn’t think we’d get through the full bottle in time. Mains were both great (1 steak and 1 stroganoff). Steak was ordered medium and came perfectly cooked. A really nice cut of meat too. Peppercorn sauce was missing but was corrected immediately. Dessert (cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding) were lovely. All in all, a great night. We were served by 3 or 4 team members. I would suggest (as constructive feedback), one server taking responsibility for each table. For example, we were asked for drink orders twice. Will be back again.
