Bistro popolari a Victorian Village

Chouette is a wonderful experience with incredible food, fantastic service, and a peaceful yet beautiful environment. The complimentary bread is very fresh and tasteful. The cheese puff appetizer was the only disliked part of our dining experience. It was not the most flavorful and a little too light and airy. For entrees we had the rainbow trout and the mussels, both were absolutely fantastic. The mussels were amazing in quantity and taste. The rainbow trout was absolutely perfect and delicious. Finally, we had the apple tarte which was very flavorful and unique. Overall, the service and food was of the best in Columbus!

First experience for brunch or any other meal for that matter. Enjoyed it as much as any brunch we’ve had in ages. A drive for us, but we will come back again.

Sunday brunch for two in under 30 minutes. You certainly don’t see that everywhere. The Shakshuka was delicious and my mimosa was served in a full wine glass, not just a flute, so a huge value compared to most places. Service was on point, our server was always checking in to see what we needed and refilling waters. Would definitely return and recommend.

Carl was our waiter and did an excellent job. He allowed us to visit awhile before ordering and accommodated our menu requests. The food was excellent as usual.
