Best Bistros in Parkdale

The music was expected to be wonderful (and it was, Hilario Duran and friends) but we weren't really expecting much of the food. Well surprised when an almost perfect Short Rib and beautifully executed Arctic Char arrived at our table. Hopefully you will have a similar experience.

Had the Sunday Roast and it was better than expected. One of our party had the burger and it was extremely good. The service was great. Would recommend.

I took a business associate to a late lunch at Alloette on Bay and man did it deliver. Having worked in the industry for many years I am always looking for classics done in a new way, comfortable seating and most importantly friendly attentive service. You delivered on all three which is very rare in today's restaurant landscape. The food was simply amazing, service was friendly and attentive and we had a sweet booth out of the way so we could conduct business. It was quiet when we came so we had the best of all worlds. I will return and bring friends. Can't recommend it enough.

Wonderful brunch! Delicious food in a lovely elegant setting and very reasonably priced for Toronto. We ordered the Shashuka and French toast and both were yummy. Service was attentive and friendly. Options to eat in or on a pretty patio. Don't know why it took us so long to check this out (somehow thought it would be pricy and crowded) but we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
