Die besten Bistros in Melrose Park

We found this online while visiting Chicago to meet a long lost cousin; wanted a place with good food, nice ambiance and a quiet table where we could chat. Could not have found a better place than La Notte Ristorante! Michael (who took our reservation) greeted us, found a nice quiet booth for us, gave us just enough time to get re-acquainted before ordering a bottle of wine (very reasonably priced!) then gave us more time to order. We started with the mushroom soup (a daily special) which was perfectly seasoned and delicious, then my cousin had chicken florentine which was amazing and my sister and I shared a delicious penne pasta. Ended with the tulip dessert and chocolate gelato with hazelnuts. Yummy freshly made food beautifully served and reasonably priced. It was absolutely fantastic!! Michael was our perfect host. We would give 10 stars if we could!!

Charming restaurant. It was very busy on Mother's Day evening. A bit noisy because of the hard, brick surfaces. But the food was very good.

I love this place, and enjoyed a nice lunch with a friend.
