Topa (meaning "cheers" in Basque) brings a taste of San Sebastián's vibrant food scene.We’ve always had a fascination with the Basque region because of its wealth of incredible produce. As an importer, we’ve spent years forging strong relationships with some Basque producers and have organised many pop-ups to pay homage to their region. These events were always the most popular and fun for us to organise so we’ve decided to make it a regular thing ! We’re now bringing the feel of a bustling San Sebastián local bar to North London.We now welcome Chino González !Chino was born and raised in Buenos Aires, he started his cooking journey as an apprentice at Michelin starred restaurants in the South of France and San Sebastiàn. These formative experiences gave him a grounding in both classical and modern techniques.On the wine front, dig through a 250 references list to pair with the food or choose a bottle from our shelves against a small corkage

Ember Yard is the fourth restaurant from Salt Yard Group and has been influenced by our travels around Spain and Italy and their methods of cooking over charcoal and wood.We commissioned and custom built a bespoke, Basque-style grill and sourced some amazing single species sustainable charcoal and wood from Kent to cook with. We use only the finest seasonal produce, and introduce – as has become our style – our spin on flavours of Spain and Italy.Ember Yard is located in the heart of Soho and is a lovely two storey restaurant and bar, with an open plan kitchen on the ground floor and a cool and cosy bar on the lower ground floor.
