The bar staff was amazing!! They treated us like family bringing a warm and energetic welcoming vibe.

Excellent food, service, and ambiance at Bayou & Bottle. Our server was super attentive, the chefs and the manager all came to our table to ensure that we were having a great experience. The pork belly was phenomenal and I think I will go back for that alone! I was so hard to decide what to order because everything on the menu looked delicious. For starters we shared the pork belly, the ribeye chicharon, the peanut hummus, and the brussel sprouts. Honestly, we could have stopped after this, but my mom ordered the shrimp, my husband the wild boar sausages, and I had the birria bao. We all cleaned our plates! For dessert we sampled the smores, the chocolate cake, and the pecan pie (everyone's favorite). The restaurant wasn't overcrowded and we could hear ourselves talk. We will absolutely be returning and my husband particularly wants to try a bourbon flight!

Very cool bar with a speakeasy vibe. Awesome craft cocktails and an amazing Japanese whiskey selection. Great stop before dinner at Doko too! Both are amazing!!
