Did not eat as did not like to see it served in a paper bag and heard a few complaints about that. Toilets are also smelly and a bit run down

Since it was my partner's birthday and we wanted to watch the Six Nations, I requested a table near a TV. Perfect. I mistakenly booked the table for 2pm, rang up to request 6pm. Normally bookings aren't taken after 5pm so I booked for 5pm, even though most guests couldn't come until after that. Staff totally accommodating even though it was at its busiest time. It was a lovely evening. Thanks!
