We came early in the evening with our teenage daughter and were the first diners. Jazz was playing at a perfect level for conversation. My husband and I found the Revelación de Sofia cocktail, made with house-infused hibiscus-spice gin, to be quite delicious. I think we ordered one of each tapa. Each one pleased us in different ways. The coliflor was more like a pumpkin soup studded with cauliflower and nuts, with a ham croqueta adding umami. That was so good we ordered it twice. Also delectable were the tangy lemongrass chicken dumplings, the alcapurrias and the ropa vieja crisps. Service was well-paced and friendly. We topped off our meal with ice cream from the heladería about 100m down the block. What a lovely evening.

I had a good experience. Service ok I think due to many people last night, more persons was needed.

The food, staff, ambiance, and views were incredible. I highly recommend Mar y Rosa to anyone visiting San Juan. Our server Mary was amazing.

We had Live DJ Music and the service was exceptional. It was raining a bit but we still had an amazing time at the bar, and cabana. Sunset was amazing to watch from up there!
