Best Bars And Lounges in Bloor West Village

I think this is a fantastic restaurant. The music was amazing. The entertainment was also so good. The food - outstanding. The only complaint I have is that we were promised by our server that she would find us a table by the bar as we were not done ordering drinks and food. At 10:20 she told us this and we were given our bills and paid. We waited until 11:00pm when she finally told us that we could just stay at our table. By that point it was way too late to order more food so we just finished our drinks and left. Unfortunate because we were willing to spend way more money. Overall, the place is great. They just need to be more honest and upfront about the 2 hour seating policy and if we needed to be moved for purposes of opening up our tables for bottle service or something then communicate that. Server was still great however.

We had a lovely experience at Valerie Restaurant at Hotel X, made even better by our server, Jasmine. She was incredibly sweet, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. Jasmine made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and took great care of us the entire evening. Her warm personality and excellent service truly elevated our dining experience.
