The food is outstanding - and brilliant use of the kitchen garden. Almost my favourite dish was the pasta with greens, kale and Parmesan. Listing the ingredients cannot do it justice. The slow cooked tri tip beef was amazing - and the wasabi mixed with cabbage was a revelation. And a beautiful garden to enjoy after lunch.
